found a bug. if you gather flowers for the old lady (breast enlargement potion) in the beginning with lucy and switch to sofia afterwards and go back, you will not be able to leave the area again. it sais "i need to deliver the flowers" which you dont even have the quest for, while the old lady sais she is busy

want to like this game but it has some issues sadly.

Since i wanted to have a casual experience at first and maybe harder challanges later on i started on the easiest difficulty expecting somewhat of a breeze with maybe a slight challange once in a while, but to be honest i had more difficulties playing this game on easy than playing dark souls....

the battle system is nice but hitboxes dont seem to register many times and some enemies dont seem to know what a break is. the fast pacing is nice but you cannot differencieate between an enemy attacking or just moving around, there are basically no animation clues, or way to short ones to "predict" an attack, the short cues would be manageable if one spents weeks only playing this game but why even bother giving an easy option than?

the battlegear system while innovative is rather bothersome, and too expensive for 3 to 5 time uses which makes it a grind even in the first 2 hours of playing in "easymode", leading to abandoning those items all together since savescamming is less bothersome than remembering to buy the items....

The Card Game.... well... it is infuriatingly hard.... hard enough to make one quit the game.... the black cards come down too fast too many... even when you are lucky and have a run with the enemy only gets to be bothered with 1 or maybe 2 black cards while the player gets 2 rows of black cards destroying all the preperation. basically this made me ragequit the game unfair advantages for the ai is one thing but this card tetris is way too unbalanced.... and i just wanted to mention i played on easymode....

not to mention in 4 hours of playtime the game randomly crashed about 30 times sometimes while walking, sometimes mid fight, sometimes while talking to an npc, basically every possible situation i can think of the game just decides to close down and i cannot seem to find any log.



these are the main points of criticism i have but now for some positive points!

the artworks are sweet, i dont like censored games that much for why bother making an nsfw game only to censor it but the art itself made me look over that personal issue. i especially like the variety in character modles for the heroe group, unlike most other hentai games which follow the melon boob only way we have a balanced diet of big to small which makes it fun watching scenes play out no matter which character you currently have active.

the setting itself is rather attractive as well. a turnament which is not just in an arena but all over the place and having random citisens involved as quest givers? AWSOME the abuse of power granted to citisens who are able to give out BP is legit and beleaveable enough to have a great amount of suspense of disbelieve.

also the small part of main and side stories is interesting as well and made me push to reach 4 hours of grind... even though i wanted a casual experience. not to say i didnt quit preemtively since as mentioned i wanted a casual experience but got a dark souls one...



anyway, great efford! i will defenitly come back and try later versions in hopes i either am willing to give this game the time i need to git gud and finish the grind (probably wont be as patient though since i like playing casually first before starting hard modes) or the balancing being a little "better". and i use the word "better" here since i havnt seen anywhere in the description that this game is supposed to be a "very hard" game.

Okay, this game is amazing. you really nailed the feeling of wanting to f*****g kill that goddes.
just finished the alpha and i need to say i am so enraged and angry (which is actually a good thing scince i cant wait for the full release to see what happns next)

but i got some critique points as well.

some of the features feel really frustrating, especially that seemingly random finisher.

you just used a book and want to use the buffs on you and suddenly a finisher which wakes up the enemy. maybe you could make it so the finisher only activates on attacks and not on supports, which would be amazing.

and while we are at buffs and debuffs for that matter. i feel like they are somewhat short. its nice to be able to double up on your buffs but them lasting for only one round after gives a feeling on unnessissarity. "why should i use a book and thwo turns of buffs just for one attack/defense". maybe adding another round or making them dissappear gradually(lvl 2 buff is 1 round and you go back to a lvl 1 buff afterwards for another round) would fix this "issue".

and one last issue, the sound. there are some people (like me) who usually regulate thier sound to the minimum and let the rest be handled by physical or windows settings. so naturally i lowered the sound to 20 and let the rest be handled by those. but the first level up killed my eardrums... it would be nice if the in game sound options would effect the level up sequence as well :D

but as i said, amazing work especially on the story which does great work giving emotions.
